Announcements can be used to communicate with all your guests during an event, here's how:
Only Event Hosts can do announcements. Speakers and Guests can't
1. In your bottom menu bar, click 'More' and press 'Announcement'

2. An announcement pop-up box will appear. In the box enter the text of your announcement.

3. Then click the 'Announce Now' button and "Confirm" to post it. It will be shown to all guests at your event, regardless of what table or floor they're on


Here's a tip to make your events smoother: Before your event, write the announcements you are going to do and copy and paste them at the right times!
