With our new improvement, you can now add more than just your LinkedIn to your profile.
You can now add more fields to your business card to share more information about yourself, which can help other guests get to know you better and can lead to more meaningful conversations.
Please note that anonymous users will not be able to update their profile information.
To start filling in your profile:
A: If you are trying to update your profile before joining the event:
1) Once you've completed registration, click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
2) From the dropdown menu, select “EDIT” (follow from steps 3)
B: If you are trying to update your profile after joining the event.
1. Click on your image/image icon in the right-hand corner
2. From the drop-down menu select "EDIT"
3. Once on your profile page, click the 'Edit User' button
To edit your profile you can:
- Add your Full Name
- Add a Profile Picture
For Profile Pictures, the ideal dimensions are 128 px (width) x 128 px (height) with a maximum file size of 512 KB. Only JPG, JPEG, PNG, or GIF file types are supported.
- Add a Headline and your Job Title
- Add a URL to schedule meetings, e.g. a Calendly link
- Connect to your LinkedIn or Facebook Profiles
- Add a link to your Website (you can use this to link to your Instagram if you wish!)
- Add your unique link to your Sansan or Eight Virtual Business Card
With Sansan or Eight profiles, you can easily exchange virtual business cards with others. For more information, please check out the links below:

4. Once you've filled in everything you want, make sure to click 'Save Changes' at the bottom of the page
