How to enter an Events.com Virtual (formerly Remo) event without a Microphone or Camera?

Are you trying to join a Remo event but don't have a camera or microphone you can use on your device?

Not a problem! Whilst we do recommend joining a Remo event with your Microphone and Camera for an engaging virtual experience, if you don't have these available, you can still enjoy a Remo event.

Here's how to join an event without a microphone or camera:

1. On the Event Landing Page click 'Join Event' or 'Join Lobby' once the event has already started
 

2. You should then proceed to a page where Remo asks you to give it access to your Camera and Microphone. Click "Allow camera & microphone"
 

3. As you do not have an available Microphone or Camera for Remo to use, the System Check will show up as failed. Don't worry though, scroll down and click 'Join the event without mic and cam'.
 

4. From there you'll be able to join the Remo event directly!
